Verkaufs-, Liefer- und Zahlungsbedingungen

1. Allgemeines

Alle Angebote, Aufträge und Lieferungen erfolgen grundsätzlich gemäß unseren allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen. Abweichungen müssen von uns schriftlich bestätigt werden.

2. Angebote

Angebote sind grundsätzlich frei bleibend bis zur endgültigen, schriftlichen Auftragsbestätigung.

3. Preise

Alle Preise gelten ab Werk netto zuzüglich jeweils gültiger Mehrwertsteuer. Bei ungewöhnlichen Schwankungen von Wechselkursen oder Rohstoffpreisen behält sich f.keys Werbeagentur Preiskorrekturen vor.

4. Druckaufträge

Wir übernehmen keine Haftung für Fehler bei telefonisch übermittelten Druckaufträgen. Der Kunde übernimmt mit Auftragserteilung jede Haftung für eventuelle Verletzungen von Schutzrechten Dritter durch den Aufdruck von Logo, Warenzeichen usw.

5. Verpackung

Verpackungsmaterial wird nach Aufwand berechnet.

6. Lieferung

Die Lieferung erfolgt auf Gefahr des Empfängers ab Werk. Ausgelegte Frachtkosten werden zu Selbstkosten in Rechnung gestellt

7. Reklamationen

Reklamationen können nur innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Erhalt der Waren anerkannt werden.

8. Eigentumsvorbehalt

Die gelieferten Waren bleiben bis zur vollständigen Bezahlung unser Eigentum.

9. Datenspeicherung

Ihre Daten werden bei uns, soweit zur Geschäftsabwicklung nötig, per EDV gespeichert.

10. Filme

Vom Kunden zur Verfügung gestellte Filme werden nach Auftragsabwicklung retourniert. Von uns angefertigte und berechnete Filme bleiben zur Verfügung des Kunden in unserem Besitz und werden nicht abgegeben.

11. Zahlung

Die Zahlung erfolgt innerhalb 14 Tage netto nach Rechnungsdatum. Sondervereinbarungen möglich. Bei Neukunden müssen die Zahlungsbedingungen abgesprochen werden, i.d.R. 100% Akonto.

12. Gerichtstand

Erfüllungsort und Gerichtsstand ist für beide Teile der Sitz der f.keys werbeagentur

Sales, Delivery and Payment Conditions

1. General Conditions

All offers, orders and deliveries are carried out according to our general terms of trade. Deviations from this must be confirmed by us in writing.

2. Offers

All offers are not bindung until they are confirmed in writing as firm orders.

3. Prices

All prices are quoted net ex works without VAT. Should there be any unusual deviations in the exchange rates or prices of raw materials we are allowed to alter prices accordingly.

4. Printing Orders

We accept no responsibility for mistakes from printing orders which have been passed on to us by telephone. The customer agrees on signing an order to accept any responsibility for eventual damages for trademark rights made by a third party through the printing of logos, trademarks etc.

5. Packaging

Packaging will be charged/invoiced extra

6. Delivery

Delivery is carried out ex works at the risk of the recipient. Prepaid freight charges will be invoiced.

7. Complaints

Complaints can only be acknowledged within 14 days after receipt of the goods.

8. Ownership

The delivered goods remain in our ownership until complete payment is made.

9. Accumulation of Data

Your data will be stored in a computer system as long as necessary to insure the correct processing of orders.

10. Films

Any Films made available by the customer will be returned to the customer on completion of the order. Any films made by us and charged to the customer remain in our ownership at the disposal of the customer and will not be handed over to the customer.

11. Payment

Payment for customers in EC countries within 14 days at net prices after date of invoice with no discount. Conditions of payment must be agreed to with any new customers and with customers outside EC when the order is confirmed in writing.

12. Place of settlement

In event of a dispute between the vendor and the customer the place of settlement is the place of the supplier.
